  • How does it work?

    Twice a month, we send all participants a short questionnaire composed of seven questions on different themes. The answers are summarized on our « manager » webpage and presented using different indicators.

  • What type of questions?

    We know how boring it can be to answer questions « on a scale of 1 to 10... », we have therefore designed fun and simple questions, based on real life situations.

  • What are the different fulfilment criteria?

    Our questions are divided into 10 pillars covering all aspects of the work environment, from the company’s core values to the workspace layout. We leave no stone unturned! These 10 pillars are explained here.

  • Who has access to the results?

    Currently, only the company’s CEO and managers with teams of more than 7 people can access their teams’ results, which are aggregated and anonymized. For the next version, we plan to develop a « user portal » that allows each participant to view his/her results over time.

  • What about anonymity?

    Anonymity is obviously essential so that participants can answer the questions honestly and in complete confidence. It also ensures that managers receive reliable and representative data. To guarantee anonymity, we have implemented an ultra-secure data anonymization system. More details are available here.

  • Why take part?

    On average, you spend more than 1,600 hours a year working. Each survey takes just 2 minutes to complete. Taking part in the Bloom at Work is a small investment that can lead to big changes in your work place. And to help you make some changes right now, at the end of each survey, we share some ideas and useful tips that you can put into practice very easily.
